Our facility can comfortably accommodate approximately 100 guests with an option to use our outdoor patio in the summer months to accommodate 50 more guests. Our maximum facility occupancy with the outdoor patio is 150 people. We recommend tenting the patio for this option. We offer our clients to book the venue alone or enjoy our all-inclusive option.

Prices range from $9,875 -$15,760 for up to 100 guests
May - October & December
All Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays $3,750 for 12 consecutive hours.
Monday – Thursdays $2,750 for 12 consecutive hours.
January-April & November
All Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays $3000 for 12 consecutive hours.
Monday – Thursdays $2000 for 12 consecutive hours.
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
ALL Holiday event dates rent at the rate of $4,500 for 12 consecutive hours.
